Protection is a very important set for all areas in the game. The best use is on champions who provide multiple buffs (when using 9 pieces) or champions who provide buffs you wish to protect (when using 4 or 6 pieces). At 9 pieces, not only do you get the protective buffs, but you are able to get a great damage boost advantage that’s hard to obtain through other means. Alternative uses for this set are to consider it as a pseudo speed set, because it provides +32% SPD with 8 pieces.

This set is best used on Support champions, especially those who place buffs before the round begins.
