A very unique set that has a couple of great uses. As a 2-piece, it acts as a flexible Righteous-like set, being that it can be used in the accessory slots. As a 4-piece and greater, it provides a very important block against one of the major PvP meta strategies in skill cooldowns. This negates popular champions such as Lord Entertainer Fabian. A popular strategy is using it on champions like Donatello, Prince Kymar, or Yumeko, who have skill cooldown reductions, further negating Fabian’s effects on a team.
