Supersonic is a top-quality speed set and incredibly useful in many ways. Its significance lies in its ability to boost a champion’s turn meter based on the actions of their opponents. This allows you to build certain champions slower, and they are able to “cut in-line,” when used with 4 pieces. The 9 pieces condition only applies to champions who cast to fill their turn meter, not to those who receive it. This effect also doesn’t apply to champions who steal turn meter.

Supersonic HP Amulets stand out because of their ability to stack a lot of HP without much effort. Needing a second piece to make this work, is a bit of a con, but an extra 15% in HP is nothing to sneeze at, especially when stacking HP stats together. While the set is geared towards Support champions, these amulets have a slightly higher value as a piece to boost a champion’s survival.
